When I had my last check up for a yearly physical examination, there are attendants who are specifically assisting for ultrasound or sonography. So I wonder if there is a course for this kind of occupation -- ultrasound technician or sonography technician? Though there are no formal lessons or sonography schools yet here in the Philippines. In some state in the US, there are classes for this "so called" technical job. Sonographers usually earn a median income of $48,660 yearly according to survey and the working hours required is about 40 hours per week. Isn't it great? More time for yourself or you can apply for the same position, sonography tech in a different hospital as additional earnings.
